- We try very hard to make your online purchase as pleasant as possible, if you have any concerns please contact us at info@cellbuz.com as we truly want every customer to be a satisfied customer!.
- All DOA products will be exchanged.
- Before sending the item back please make sure you contact us at (info@cellbuz.com) to obtain an RMA number and return instructions, returns may take up to 10 business days .
- If we don't have the item in stock, we will issue a refund less the shipping charges within 21 days as long as the item has the original packaging. * Misused or damaged products will not be accepted.
- All orders returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in sealed, unopened, like-new condition, and all labels/stickers have to be in tact. Removing any labels/stickers from any products will void any/all warranty offered with the product.
- All orders returned for credit, which are NOT in SEALED/UNOPENED/LIKE-NEW condition (open, scratched, physically defective, damaged) will incur a 35%+ restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item. It's at Cellbuz's discretion to determine the condition of the returned item and issue a refund accordingly.
- Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.
