Decent storage, poor write performanceMar 21, 2009
By Noel J. Bergman I have this TOPRAM 32GB SDHC class 6 card. I also have three Transcend 16GB SDHC class 6 cards. I've used, not just "tested", them all both with the USB reader from Transcend, but also (and more frequently) with the built-in RICOH-based media reader in my Thinkpad T61p (model 6457-7WU).
The Transcend 16GB class 6 is an excellent performer (see http://www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007 for a database of CF and SDHC performance).
The TOPRAM has fine read performance (~16MB/s), but is beyond poor on write speed, not only failing to consistently achieve class 6 speeds, but barely exceeding class 2 -- on balance, you could think of it as "Class 3." If you are using it in a digital camera or to write moderate amounts at a time, you'll likely be happy. If, as I do, you often write many gigabytes at a time, you might want something that writes faster.
Write performance aside, the TOPRAM does provide 32GB of storage, and since I fly a lot, the TOPRAM tends to have a frequent home in my media reader, since watching video on the airplane from SDHC saves considerable power over using the hard drive.

Class 6 speed at a Class 4 priceMar 11, 2009

I've never purchased anything made by TOPRAM before this SDHC card. I bought it to use in my Cowon O2 PMP (Personal Media Player). The extra speed is very useful for transferring large movie files on and off the card.
If you're looking for a class 6 card at 32GB it's pretty much this or the Panasonic card that costs 3X as much. I'm willing to take the risk of a less reliable card for cost difference since there is almost zero difference from manufacturer to manufacturer when it comes to solid state memory. I usually go for Kingston since I've had many good experiences with them, but at this price for a Class 6 card, I went ahead and gave TOPRAM a try. The card has performed flawlessly over a month's time.
I'll update this review in a few months after I've put the card through its paces.

Topram 32 gig SDHC class 6 cardJul 20, 2010
By Richie C This little monster really works GREAT !
Bought a new camcorder that records in AVC HD @ 28 meg
1080P 60 Frames per second. Lots of numbers I know but
what it adds up to is this. Requires lots of space to record and
a pretty fast card to do it. This little SDHC card does it masterfully
Im actually VERY impressed. Love the quality and reliability.
Haven't a single problem since I began running it. Have many hours of video
that look GREAT ! Records perfectly .Plays back equally as well. Copys to
external hard drives No problem and resonably fast.
Since my initial Purchase this card has come down in price by around 10 less
dollars so now it's even a better deal. Just do it . A+

I bought this 32 GB SDHC memory cardabout 2 weeks ago primarily for the new Canon EOS rebel T1i SLR Camera. It works beautifully with the camera. The memory card is fast and the quality of the images is excellent. I highly recommend the Topram 32 GB SDHC card.
