Wasabi Power indeed! These are a HOT BUY! (Sorry, couldn't resist :-) I looked around for replacement batteries for my failing Sanyo OEM batteries. Since the Sanyo batteries went belly up after only about 18 months of moderate use I was really looking for an alternative to try. I have been using these for about six weeks now and can tell you only about short term performance. So far... so good!
The first thing I always try is fit. I have had issues in the past with some off brand Sony replacement batteries actually not fitting in the battery compartment and had to build up a corner with tape to encourage proper operation of the battery retaining latch. I experienced no such problems with these batteries. They fit perfectly! Snug with no slop or protruding edges and the battery compartment flap slid back into place and lached with no problems.
The second thing I watch for is excessive heat while charging. While the batteries did get warm (all batteries will while charging)they never got hot so that should not be a problem even if charged inside the camera.
The third issue I always check for is battery memory. Some poorly designed batteries have a memory. If partially discharged then recharged they will only fill back to a certain level and never fully recharge again. After multiple charges I have noticed no change in the level retention of the battery.
The forth thing to check for is overcharging. Some batteries will just keep on charging after they are really fully charged. This can result in internal damage from heat build up. I keep these on a charger when not in use and initially checked them often and noticed no heat build up whatsoever. The charger seemed to function just fine with these little puppies.
Lastly I check the durability and longevity of the battery. Well... I've only had them for about six weeks so as I said before... So far... SO GOOD!
At less than half the price of a OEM battery... and based on indications so far.... These Wasabi Power batteries are truely a "HOT BUY"!

Sanyo Xacti replacement battery works perfectly. Just used it on vacation and never had a problem running out of power. Recommend this battery and company.

Fits inside my XACTI HD 1010 and works perfectly. Good quality and higher capacity than the OEM battery that came with my camcorder (2100 vs 1900 mAH capacity)
Much cheaper than the OEM battery and works flawlessly. Buy this battery. It just plain works.
