When the battery arrived, it looked new, wrapped in a plastic film.
However, it did not work with my Sony Handycam DCR-PC109 at all. When I turned on the camcorder, nothing happened. The camcorder works fine with the original OEM battery, NP-FF51, that came with the camcorder. Recharging or repositioning the new battery did not help.
