Better to go original then generic!!!Jul 31, 2009

This particular battery will not work if you own and operate Panasonic HDC-HS9 AVCHD 3CCD 60GB Hard Drive High Definition Hybrid Camcorder with 10x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom because your Camcorder will indicate battery not supported! I highly recommend purchasing the original Panasonic VW-VBG260 2650mAh Li-Ion Battery by Panasonic. If you require authenticity to guarantee full satisfaction of your purchase then it's better to pay the higher price the first time around! The company should be ashamed that it does not indicate compatibility with particular camcorder models!

Returned and haven't heard anything?Aug 31, 2009
By S. Samuels I ordered this product and it was the wrong fit...I returned the product and have not been re-imbursed my money??? I called the company and they refuse to send me anything until they have the mail order number...even though I put a written letter in the box with the product?
I don't know what to do at this point? What should I do?

Bad BatteryApr 29, 2010

Shopxtreme. This is the company I bought a "Panasonic" battery from. However, a month and a half ago, when I bought it I realized it is not a Panasonic battery and you need "pebbles" to trick the camera into thinking it is a Panasonic battery. Two weeks ago they said that they'd send me these "pebbles," since I didn't get any with my order. I'm still waiting and had put off buying a second battery, but I can't continue to wait for something, I have a production company and this has been a pain in the... well you know. So I would be careful if I were you, when buying from this place.
