still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks sent several e-mails very poor customer service/response now I am going to have to wait again for a refund

I have now purchased two of these batteries for the 24V DeWalt tools I had purchased years ago. I have the SDS rotary hammer, hammer/driver drill & sawzall. The tools were great, but I rarely used them as the 24V DeWalt batteries would die almost immediately. Even with 3 batteries to swap in, I was often unable to get enough run time to complete a task. The original NiCad batteries also don't hold a charge & like all NiCads, have a "memory" issue.
With these new Ni-Mh batteries, I have promoted the 24V cordless tools to active duty & no longer even carry my corded Milwaukee RA drill, sawzall or AEG SDS rotary hammer on the truck. (I am an electrical contractor.) The first time I used this new battery, it outlasted what would have taken many recharges with the OEM batteries. I still haven't had to recharge the 1st 3000mAh Ni-Mh I ordered a 2nd time yet, but recently ordered another just in case ...
These batteries outperform the original OEM batteries by 1000% yet are selling at half the cost! If you have 24v DeWalt tolls, purchasing these replacement batteries is a no-brainer!
The seller shipped both orders within 24 hours via USPS Priority even though I only paid standard shipping. The seller also provided prompt response to an inquiry I had.
