You get what you pay forApr 25, 2011

This battery works fine, is super-low cost...and the trick is that it has no electronic mechanism to tell the camera how much charge is left -- so that's why it's so much cheaper than the full-fledged Canon battery. But for a backup solution that doesn't cost $300, it does the job perfectly fine.
